Nicholas Associates are currently working with an industry leading residential groundworks contractor who have a fantastic opportunity for a Health and Safety Advisor. The company has excellent staff retention levels which has been gained by focusing on standards along with providing strong career progression.

Reporting to a Health & Safety Manager, the Health and Safety Advisor will be responsible for all on site health, safety & environmental issues. You will be responsible for ensuring policies and procedures are implemented, adhered to and developed in line with HSE guidelines as well as mentoring, creating training programmes.

We are looking for a Health & Safety Advisor who has previous experience of working for a groundworks sub-contractor and can demonstrate significant successes and a record of achievement in the implementation, execution and development of HSE policy and procedures and the safe delivery of site operations. You will have HSE qualifications such as NEBOSH & IOSH.Training experience would be an advantage as the roles will require the Advisor to deliver internal training courses to site staff.
