Nicholas Associates are working alongside a Tier 1 contractor who are looking for a Groundwork Site Manager with concrete frame experience.
As an experienced Site Manager you will be responsible for the supervision and support of all employees and sub-contractors under your control. Ensure all staff under your control are inducted and working in line with the company HSQE policies. You should have excellent and consistent supervisory and record keeping skills and be able to demonstrate good mentoring and management of all members of the site Responsible for briefing the foreman and site team to carry out management duties in the event of your absence. You are expected to set an example in regards to appearance and professionalism at all times.
The ideal candidate will have experience in both civils and main contracting and hold an up-to-date SMSTS.
