Graduate Sales Development Executive

Responsibilities



  • Respond and qualify inbound leads and inquiries – field out to relevant sales agent.


  • Collaborate with sales and marketing team members on strategic sales approach.


  • Develop, implement, and manage CRM system.


  • To respond to customers (inbound calls / emails) in a timely, effective, and proactive way delivering outstanding customer service and experience to ensure repeat business.


  • Build up and research a prospective customer list. Use list to tool up sales team and/or convert to ordering.


  • Account Management.


  • Ensuring sales team stick to processes – including call lists & contact reports


  • Compiling contact report document and reporting findings weekly to senior management team.


  • Gain and maintain a thorough knowledge of the product/customer portfolio and of the sugar confectionery market as a whole.


  • Analysis of Nielsen/IRI market sales data.


  • Customer EPOS reporting.


  • Provide ongoing support for sector controllers & NAM’s.


  • Aid Marketing Co-Ordinator with any customers specific presentations or paperwork.

  • Coachability - This is a graduate role. You won't be expected to know all the answers going in, but you must have a want to ask all the questions!


 

Experience / Qualifications/ Skills



  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills


  • Computer literate (Excel, Powerpoint & Word)


  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. You should be a great writer, speaker, and listener.


  • Previous experience of working in an office setting would be advantageous


  • Educated to degree level in Sales, Marketing or related field.

  • Full time/ immediate start/ office hours 9-5.30pm
