Our client is a civil engineering and construction company that currently operates in Wales, the South of England, the Midlands, the North West and overseas. Established in 2001, the company have grown from 2 million turnover in 2002 to circa 250 million, making it one of the fastest growing construction companies in the UK.

The General Foreman is responsible for providing the operational management of operatives and trade staff to ensure the effective delivery of production within the site/section.

We are looking for experienced candidates who can demonstrate significant successes and a record of achievement in the operational management of civil engineering, section 278 and section 38 works packages, together combined with commercial skills and the ability to organise, plan and control site teams whilst remaining focused on delivering the project within the commitment of the contract.
