Overview:

Working for a company that have PVCu Windows and Doors manufacturing facilities located across the UK we now require a Field Service Engineer to join the business.

The role in Brief:

As the Field Service Engineer you will be assisting our network of installers with problems relating to errors of products.

Your customer will be the Window/door installer and NOT the end user/public.

The basics:

Service Area: South Wales and South West England

Location: The role will be working from home – you must be based in and around the South West of the UK

Hours: 37.5 hours per week – core hours 8:30am-5pm

Salary: up to 28,000

Benefits: Company Van, All expenses Paid, Group Pension, Mobile, Laptop, 33 days holiday, 2 x death in service

Essential Skills required:

Full Clean UK Driving Licence

Background with PCVu windows/doors or conservatories – Installations background or a window fabrication background

Key responsibilities of the Field Service Engineer:

- Manage your area of customers and provide technical support to all of the installation network

- Problem solve and find the route cause – report/solve problems

- Assist with Fault Finding and provide technical advice
