My client is a property company who are looking for a Facilities Officer to ensure and regulate all Maintenance, Health and Safety and Hygiene are delivered within the required timescale for referring agencies and freeholders.

Provide an inspection service to deliver maintenance, health and safety and cleaning. Ensure a safe workplace environment without risk to health and safety and that all policy and procedures are adhered to.

Manage and devise the agenda, chair and distribute the minutes for the Health and Safety committee meeting.

Staff management, issue job sheets. Activley promote the Equalitiy and Diversity policies and practice in all aspects of the job role as it relates to colleagues, clients, service users and all external agencies.

Knowledge/Experience/Skills

  • Facilities Management or Healtah and Safety Qualification.
  • Able to demonstrate a working knowledge of property and housing.
  • Hold a clean driving licence
  • Previous expereince of supervising staff.
