Nicholas Associates are recruiting on behalf of a fast growing construction company in Derby who are on the lookout for an experienced Estimator to join the business.

Our client has a healthy pipeline of work moving forward, they specialise in commercial and residential conversions across the Midlands and are now looking to strengthen their team further with the appointment of a high-calibre Estimator who wants to help grow the business further.

We are looking to speak with candidates who have good house building and conversions experience.

This is a great opportunity to join a forward thinking business, projects initially started in the East Midlands region however due to their growing reputation they have now expanded out across all part of the Midlands with plans to work across the UK in the future.

Salary is negotiable DOE
