We are looking for a Customer Service Sales Advisor for a growing Company based in Gravesend. The role will be reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager and the ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge of working in a customer service orientated industry.

Job Description:-

- Completing sales enquiries correctly, efficiently and personally ensuring that every customer is satisfied.

- Answering phone calls, providing customers a solution to every scenario.

- Support the team in processing sales, problem solving and offer any necessary support to keep customer accounts happy.

- Build rapport with both office and site based customers to establish their requirements.

- Deliver industry leading customer service by going the extra length to maximise retention.

- General administration duties as required.

Job Requirements:-

- Good working knowledge of a phone based or order processing role.

- Excellent customer service skills.

- Professional in approach to dealings with customers.

- Outstanding communication skills.

- Being able to work either independently or within a team.

- Results-orientated approach.

- Ability to work under pressure.

- Working knowledge of MS Office.

Hours:-

40 hours per week

Salary:-

19000 to 23000 DOE
