Overview:

With manufacturing facilities located across the UK and Europe we now require a customer service executive to join the team. Working within first class manufacturing and office facilities you will be tasked to support the account managers in the aftercare team delivering first class support and customer service to our valued clients.

Key responsibilities:

Fielding incoming Customer Service calls to the business

Providing administrative support to the Aftersales team

Handling incoming Aftersales Enquiries

Processing customer sales orders & associated enquiries

Invoicing outgoing goods and service calls on a daily basis

Preparing sales quotations for service, spares and consumables

Administrating procurement of core Aftercare requirements

Collation and provision of compliance support to customer base

The ideal Customer Service Executive – Manufacturing  will have as many of the following in order to strengthen application:

Have a friendly, positive and professional manner

Have strong verbal & written communication skills

Ability to work under own initiative and manage time effectively

Be reliable and have a good attitude toward work

Be confident with IT - experience using Excel and SAP beneficial
