- Job Title: Customer Service - Account Manager
- Location: Ripley – Hybrid working, 3 days in the office with 2 days from home on a rota basis
- Industry: Manufacturing – customer account management and customer service
- Pay: Starting at £21,500 rising to £23,500 and £25,500 – criteria driven for increments
- Hours: 37.5hr week Mon-Fri office hours
With manufacturing facilities located across the UK and Europe we now require an account manager to join the customer relations team.
The ideal Customer Service - Account Manager will have as many of the following in order to strengthen application:
Previous experience managing customer accounts in an office/customer service focused role.
Strong customer focused
Excellent communication and organisational skills with attention to detail with a key focus on customer service and delivering projects to the customer on time.
Computer literate - all training will be conducted on the internal CRM system, however you will have knowledge of Microsoft outlook, Word, basic excel etc.
The role in a brief:
You will be tasked to manage a portfolio of existing customers to ensure that they receive a first class service with parts delivered on time.
You will manage customer accounts and work closely with other internal departments to ensure the customer is satisfied with their needs
