40 hours per week, Monday-Friday – 08:30-17:00

Logistics Company with an office based in Wrexham is seeking an experienced Customer Service Administration Clerk, the ideal candidate must have a knowledge of logistics as you will be working within a team of Transport Planners.

The Role

  • Responding to emails quickly and precisely regarding delivery queries
  • Answering incoming calls from customers regarding deliveries
  • Administration duties
  • Entering and updating spreadsheets
  • Working towards KPI's and sticking to deadlines

You

  • Strong organisational skills
  • Flexible approach to work
  • Literate in Microsoft word, Excel and Outlook
  • Customer focused
  • Strong communication skills
  • Comfortable on the phone
  • Have the ability to investigate and report back findings
