The Role

The Person

You will have a robust knowledge of contracts & faade contracting and significant experience of aluminium cladding & roofing. You will need to be a dynamic innovative individual with a desire to achieve 100% compliance on all activities in line with company policy & procedure. As a key leader of the management team you will require excellent communication and management skills to co-ordinate input from each department, to maximise the efficiency and add value to the project. You will be fully conversant with the programming, safe planning, procurement process and understand the cost drivers of the project. You will have a professional approach to all aspects of the safe delivery of the project within the commitment of the contract.
