Our client is a specialist sub contractor based in south Birmingham, providing a groundwork, foundations, external works and road construction service to Commercial clients and Main Contractors.

Reporting to a Director, the Contracts Manager will be required to manage a selection of live projects usually between 3 – 5, project values are between 0.5 million to 10 million, the Contracts Manager will be involved in the preconstruction stage of each project and will be client facing.

We are looking for experienced candidates who can demonstrate significant successes and a record of achievement in the operational management of groundworks packages, together combined with commercial skills and the ability to deliver a project within the commitment of the contract.
