Nicholas Associates (Engineering & Technical) is recruiting on behalf of an innovative and exciting manufacturing client for a Continuous Improvement Engineer based at their manufacturing site in Leeds

The Role

Working within a modern manufacturing site, the Continuous Improvement Engineer will be;

• Analysing current processes with a view to achieving reductions in waste
• Rolling out continuous improvement methodologies onto the production floor through effective communication
• Working towards improvements in production layout
• Working with the management team on the implementation of continuous improvement strategies

The Person

You will be an experienced Continuous Improvement Engineer looking for the opportunity to work for a market leading and highly progressive organisation that is keen to develop its people.

You will be able to demonstrate;

• A background within Mechanical Engineering/Manufacturing
• A proven track record of continuous improvement
