We are seeking a Commercial Administrator to join a well-established, privately owned residential groundworks and civil engineering contractor. With a strong pipeline of projects and ambitious growth plans, this is an exciting opportunity to become part of a business that values its people and offers long-term career prospects.

As Commercial Administrator you will support the commercial team by undertaking the day-to-day administration work, adding contracts to the company database, organising paperwork all whilst learning about the commercial aspects of the business.

Drawing Management:

· Setting up and managing the Drawing Register from Tender Issue to Construction Issue

· Support with spread sheets and schedules

· Responding to enquiries quickly and efficiently

· Ensuring drawing register is kept up to date

· Maintaining and updating drawings as appropriate

Drawing Control:

· Copying and scanning, producing issue sheets when required

· Maintain and update links to drawing files

· Sending revised drawings to all relevant parties

· Undertaking comparisons of revised information

· Inputting data into spread sheets for analysis

· Updating and maintaining records and associated tasks required with the Commercial Department
