Position: CNC Setter Operator

Location: Leeds

Shifts: Perm Days Mon-Fri

Salary: 25,000 - 30,000 + Benefits Depending on Experience

Nicholas Associates (Engineering, Manufacturing & Technical) are recruiting for a CNC Setter Operator on behalf of a great manufacturing business with a fantastic product.

The Role

• Setting and operating both 4 and 5 axis Haas CNC Mill machinery to produce short runs of highly intricate parts to demanding tolerances
• Performing quality checks on items produced to ensure they are to the correct specifications

The Person

• Recognised qualifications in Mechanical or Production Engineering
• Experience of setting and operating 4 and 5 axis mills
• Familiar in the use of tools such as verniers, micrometers etc. (use of CMM would also be advantageous)
