Position: CNC Programmer

Location: Leeds

Salary: 37,000

Nicholas Associates (Engineering, Manufacturing & Technical) are recruiting for a CNC Programmer on behalf of a highly successful international engineering business based in the Leeds area.

The Role

• Deciding on the best machining method for projects including requirements for tooling and set up
• Prepare programs for relevant machinery including models and drawings, proving these using simulation software
• Management of proven programmes ensuring that any modifications are completed as required

The Person

• Recognised qualifications in Mechanical or Production Engineering
• Experience with Siemens NX
• Programming in at least one of the following;
• Siemens
• Fanuc
• Heidenhain
