CNC Machinist - Precision Engineering

Immediate New Vacancy: CNC Machinist – Mon-Fri Days only.

Overview:

With manufacturing facilities located across the globe, we now require additional CNC Machinists to join our UK Operation.

The basics:

Shift: Mon-Thurs 7:30am-4:30pm and Fridays 7:30am-1:30pm

Pay: 10-13 per hour

Location: Heanor

Background required: Must have previous experience in CNC Milling OR CNC Turning, ideally with a precision engineering environment.

The ideal CNC Machinist will possess as many of the following as possible in order to strengthen the application:

- Time Served Apprenticeship
- Competent to run multiple machines – Highly beneficial if the candidate can operate a number of machines in this machine shop precision engineering environment.
- Competent to set and operate
- Basic online editing skills
- Manual machining skills highly beneficial
- The desire to progress and use a range of other CNC operated machinery
