The basics:

Job Title: CMM Programmer

Environment: Manufacturing

Location: near Ilkeston

Pay: up to £55,000

Hours: Monday to Thursday (7.30am-4.30pm) and Fridays (7.30am-2.00pm)

Contracted hours: 40 per week

Holidays and Benefits: 33 days holiday, Xmas shut down, 7.5% pension, x4 salary death in service.

Overview:

Working within a first class precision engineering manufacturing environment we now require a CMM Programmer to join the business.

As the CMM Programmer you will lead the decisions on the best way to measure and inspect the machined and fabricated components that the company manufacture. Regarding the programming the company are open to different software to which you will program offline. You will be the lead technical person onsite for all things associated with to CMM inspection and programming.

The ideal candidate / CMM Programmer may have some of the following experiences, however, please note these are only desirable and not essential as all applications will be looked at individually:

  • Previous experience offline programming
  • Experienced mcosmos software beneficial - however flexible

Ripley, Nottingham, Chesterfield, Derby, Ilkeston, Heanor, Alfreton and surrounding areas.
