Our client is a privately owned residential developer, specialising in the construction of sustainable high-quality residential dwellings around the Midlands. They are actively seeking a Civil and Structural Design Engineer.

Reporting to a Director, the Civil Engineer will be responsible for the following:

• In house civil engineering design work (external works, road and sewer design)
• Establish resolution to engineering problems
• Manage multiple projects and developments from an engineering prospective
• Assist in the preparation of engineering strategy for land acquisition
• Commission surveys and engineering design work prior to pre-tender meeting

Our client is looking for a candidate with previous house building experience who can demonstrate significant successes and a record of achievement in leading the roads and sewers design, managing services and optimising external consultants to aid the delivery of sites on time. AutoCad and detailed drawing experience is essential.
