Position: Car Park Management Supervisor

Location: Camberley

Salary: £13.72 ph

Hours: 40 hours per week, shifts vary between Sunday to Saturday

Their Supervisors and Operatives work in busy car parks, ensuring shopping trolleys are collected from allocated areas of the car park and returned to customer pick up points in a good clean condition. This may be on foot or with the assistance of a Quickart or vehicle.

The team also offer customers assistance with loading their cars and ensuring the car parks are free of litter. In short; your job is to give customers the best possible shopping experience in the best possible shopping environment, by adopting the company's values.

Health and safety is a top priority, to ensure not only your safety, but also that of the rest of your team and customers, by providing comprehensive training and upskilling.

As the Supervisor of this team, you will be responsible for the operational performance of the team, liaising with store managers and regional managers, completing staff rosters and training as well as supporting the team with the collection of trolleys.

You will have:

  • Experience of supervising a small team.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, both in writing and verbally.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliability and punctuality.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to understand IT systems.
  • Previous experience of HR and Employment law is an advantage.
  • A valid driver's license
