We are looking for a Campus Executive Assistant for well known College based in Oprington but the Bromley area will also be covered. The successful candidate will be providing operational support to Vice Principals, Assistant Principal, Heads of Faculty and Duty Managers.

Job Description:

- To provide administrative support for the Campus Vice Principals and Assistant Principals, as required.

- Arrange internal and external meetings, prepare papers and draft minutes as required.

- Follow up on actions agreed in the meetings attended by the Campus Vice Principal including prioritising and researching matters and conveying action points as applicable to other staff.

- To prepare correspondence, reports, presentations and other documentation from dictated notes/written drafts, including confidential material.

- To manage the supervision of students at lunch periods. .

- To ensure a high standard of customer service is provided to all students, parents, visitors and staff.

- To monitor and ensure compliance with all College policies and procedures.

- To provide administrative support for Student Complaints and Student Disciplinary processes.

- To support and supervise the Duty Management Process on campus.

- To work closely with Corporate Service Managers in all areas, to support a responsive and effective service on campus.

- To provide support to College Recruitment Events and Open Days at such time as are required, including the annual main enrolment event in August.

- To play an active role in supervising Disaster Recovery, Emergency and Evacuation Procedures on campus.

- To provide support to the Safeguarding Manager and support third party requests and visits in relation to students and student related matters.

-To prepare correspondence, reports, presentations and other documentation from dictated notes/written drafts, including confidential material.

Job Requirements:-

- Good working background in a EA or PA position in an Educational environment.

- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages.

- Able to note take and then produce/distribute the minutes.

- Excellent communication skills at all levels.

- Professional in approach at all times.

- Good customer service skills.

- Enhanced DBS held.

- Prepare accurate documentation.

Hours:-

37 Hours per week

Salary:-

25000 to 30000 per Year
