The basics

Salary: 30,000-38,000 DOE

Hours: Mon-Thurs 8:15-5pm and Friday 8am-4pm

Location: Alfreton

Area: Aerospace section

Overview:

Working within first class manufacturing facilities we now require a CAD/CAM Engineer – Offline programmer to join the team.

With Manufacturing facilities located across the UK, we now require a competent offline programmer to join the design office writing programmes for our Aerospace section.

Key responsibilities of the CAD/CAM Engineer role:

• To create programmes using Hypermill or Mastercam software
• To provide technical support on projects and new programmes

The ideal Offline Programmer will have as many of the following in order to strengthen application:

• Time served apprenticeship
• Strong Precision Engineering background
• Educated in a relevant engineering discipline - City and Guilds/NVQ level 3/HNC/HND etc.
• Any machining experience advantageous

In return for your experience as an offline programmer we can offer you:

• Up to 38,000 DOE
