Nicholas Associates are partnered with a large residential groundworks and civil engineering sub-contractor who are looking for a Buyer to join their team.
You will be:
Responsible for the procurement of subcontract services and materials
Taking call from sites and managing queries/issues
Negotiating and placing orders
Producing purchase orders and crosschecking invoices
Reporting to a Senior Buyer
You will have:
Knowledge of groundworks/residential groundworks
Builders merchants experience is useful
The ability to build and manage relationships with suppliers and site teams
Strong negotiating skills
