Our client, one of the largest Construction Groups in the UK are recruiting for a Build Manager on a new build, steel frame commercial project in Cheshire.
Reporting to a Divisional Manager the Build Manager's duties will be the planning, programming, design co-ordination and procurement of the project and also be responsible for the organisation, logistics, construction and installation of sub-contract packages.
Our client is looking for experienced candidates who can demonstrate significant successes and a record of achievement in the delivery of steel frame commercial projects from pre-construction to hand over together combined with commercial skills and the ability to organise, plan and control site teams whilst remaining focused on delivering the project within the commitment of the contract.
