Senior BIM Coordinator

Location: Sheffield
Salary: £40,000 - £60,000

We're working with a well-established MEP building services consultancy looking to add a Senior BIM Coordinator to their growing team.

This could be an excellent opportunity for an experienced BIM Coordinator who is ready to take the next step in their career and move into a more senior position with greater responsibility.

The Role:

• Coordinate MEP BIM projects across Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health disciplines
• Manage and maintain project BIM standards and procedures
• Produce and review high-quality Revit models
• Work closely with design engineers and project teams
• Attend coordination meetings and resolve clashes
• Support and mentor junior team members
• Help drive BIM best practice across the business

What We're Looking For:

• Strong experience using Revit within an MEP environment
• Previous BIM Coordination experience
• Good understanding of BIM Level 2 processes and standards
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ambition to progress and take on additional responsibility
