About the Role

A long‑standing consultancy in Sheffield is looking to bring in a Senior BIM Specialist to support its growing workload. The team works across a mix of building projects, and they're looking for someone who can take ownership of BIM delivery while helping to strengthen internal standards and processes.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading BIM coordination and model management on live projects
• Developing and improving BIM standards, templates, and workflows
• Supporting project teams with training and day‑to‑day BIM queries
• Working closely with engineers, architects, and external partners
• Ensuring projects follow ISO 19650 and general best practice

What They're Looking For

• Solid BIM experience (around 5 years or more)
• Strong Revit and Navisworks skills
• Good understanding of BIM processes and CDE platforms
• Confident communicator who can guide and support others
• Background in construction or building design consultancy (preferred)
