Assistant Site Manager – Residential new builds – Swaffham

The Role

I am working on a great opportunity for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join a professional and friendly Construction team. You will be working on 152 Traditionally built homes with market values up to 430'000. All homes are built to NHBC standards and are finished to very standards. You sole responsibilities is to supervise all sub contract activity on site, monitor site safety, deliver inductions and toolbox talks, maintain high levels of customer service, liaise with local authporities and compile snagging lists before handover. You will report directly into the Site Manager so that between you, the site can run smoothly with little defects and within timeframe and budget

The Person

I am looking for an experienced candidate who will have a robust knowledge of residential new builds. You will need to be a self-starter and available to muck in where required in order to get the builds to CML within timeframe and budget. Successful candidates will have an in date CSCS, SMSTS/SSSTS and First Aid. Degrees or NVQ's in Construction Management are ideal but not essential.
