Stafforce, part of the Nicholas Associates Group have a fantastic opportunity for an Account Specialist to join our Leeds team, working out of our modern City Centre offices with regular on-site presence at clients in the South Elmsall area.

The Role

This role will be supporting the business in the attraction, recruitment, availability and retention of workforce supply, in order to service client requirement and therefore maintaining and working in addition to exceed satisfaction levels of all stakeholders.

High levels of customer excellence are a must in this position as ultimately you are the first point of call for all customers internally and externally, and your 5 day working pattern may include some weekend working in order to meet client staffing needs.

All administrative duties, including payroll, for the business are dealt with effectively and efficiently through our CRM systems.

Who we are looking for

You must be passionate, dedicated and a motivated team player who has a natural ability to develop relationships and deliver high levels of customer service, and able to demonstrate the following:

• Previous experience within a customer service environment.
• Driven, determined and self-motivated.
• Ability to develop relationships.
• Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal, able to listen actively.
• Interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong organisational skills, managing priorities to achieve specific deadlines.
• Good standard of general education including Mathematics and English Language.
• A driving licence is required as there is local travel within West Yorkshire.
