My client is a creative, fast growing start up Video agency and content studio who are looking to employ an Account Manager.

This role is essential as you will be representing the agency with clients and working on their strategy with them as well as following productions internally and managing their delivery.

You will need excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and be able to influence key stakeholders at all levels. Previous experience as a Project and Account Manager in a creative agency background, working with big brands, managing multiple client accounts and the client agency relationship. Understanding of creative and production process.

You will have an impressive knowledge of and passion for all things video and digital marketing and understand of marketing industry trends. The ability to plan and strategise at a senior level. A keen attention to detail and budgetary restraints. Able to multi task and juggle multiple accounts while still paying sharp attention to detail.

Computer proficient - G suits and CRM software.

• You will own the day to day client relationship, acting as a senior point of contact
• Present the clients work to their clients alongside memebers of the strategy and creative team
• Attend project/client briefing alongside other members of the team
• Develop client relationships and grow the account
• Lead point of contact for all matters to accounts/project assigned to you (Ad hoc)
• Be the clients eyes and representation in all meetings(including clients meetings)
• Ad hoc administration
