We’ve a passion for people and are seeking to add an Account Coordinator to join our award-winning team based in Liverpool. As an Account Coordinator you will effectively manage our temporary workers to meet client requirement and expectation and be part of our established and award-winning on-site operation. This position would suit an experienced Account Coordinator seeking a new challenge or an administrator or planner looking to enter the recruitment industry.

The role:


  • Management and coordination of temporary workers to fulfil client requirements.
  • Work with the Account Manager to implement and drive an effective recruitment, validation, and induction plan, ensuring the available labour pool delivers and exceeds client expectations.
  • Provision of a 24/7 on-call service to meet client requirements as required. On-call is run via a rota system to ensure fairness throughout our teams.
  • Accurate payroll processing ensuring both candidate and client expectations are met.
  • Develop successful and mutually beneficial relationships, working in partnership with operational management.
  • Working with the Account Manager to identify business development opportunities.
  • Contribute to a candidate focussed culture, ensuring ‘right fit’, maintaining good communication and ensuring an excellent candidate experience is at the heart of all activities.
  • Create and maintain a ‘Pool’ of candidates appropriate to the client’s needs.
  • Ability to deputise for Account Manager.

The successful candidate will have:


  • Previous recruitment or customer service experience.
  • Strong communication skills both written & verbal.
  • Good IT skills.
  • Ability to organise and prioritise.
  • Excel within a fast-paced environment.
