Sales Support & Digital Marketing Coordinator
Salary: 23,000 to 26,000 (dependent upon experience)
Your working hours will be Monday - Friday 8.00/8.30am 5.00/5.30pm
If you have advanced digital marketing manager skills and experience then we would look at a salary of 28,000 with an Performance related bonus OTE of 35,000.
Due to continued expansion, we have an exciting & fantastic opportunity for a Sales Support & Digital Marketing Coordinator/Manager to join our team.

The role is fast paced, varied, rewarding & demanding, but fun at the same time, it includes:
Sales Support- Work closely with the sales manager to maximise sales opportunities
- Confidently qualify customer needs, prepare quotations, follow up calls
- Accurately input data into the CRM database & manage the sales pipeline
- Log & record all sales opportunities providing daily & weekly performance reports
- Help & identify opportunities within our existing & new customer database
- Deliver outstanding customer service
Digital Marketing Support- Coordinate and implement the marketing strategy and activities
- Understand the company's product range and unique selling points
- Manage & update stock on the companies website
- Write informative blogs and manage social media accounts
- Understand SEO principles to ensure high organic google rankings
- Write quality content, photograph and vehicles for sales literature and brochures
- Deliver & follow up with effective email marketing campaigns
- Proof read all marketing material ensuring perfect grammar, spelling and punctuation
- Basic graphic design works

- An excellent listener with the ability to understand customer needs
- Be confident with proven administration, marketing and graphic design skills
- Great attention to detail championing a get it right first-time approach
- Be able to take ownership of tasks & projects
- Be able to organise / prioritise daily workloads
- Be able to bring new ideas and processes to the table
- Write lots of interesting, informative & engaging content
- Friendly confident telephone manner
- Have excellent working knowledge of the Adobe Suite, specifically InDesign
