Senior Estimator Facade Remediation
Location: West Yorkshire (Hybrid Working)
Salary: up to £80K + Benefits

Experienced Senior Estimator required for a busy and well-established facade remediation contractor based in West Yorkshire.
We are seeking a proven professional with strong experience in facade contracting, cladding remediation, and SFS out packages, including EWI systems and render solutions. The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record of producing competitive tenders and converting opportunities into secured projects.

Key Requirements...

Extensive estimating experience within the facade, cladding, or remediation sector
Strong technical knowledge of SFS Out Systems to include External Wall Insulation (EWI), Render Systems and rainscreen cladding
Proven success in winning and converting tenders for Facade Remediation Projects
Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
