Are you an Electrically inclined Engineer who wants to work a 4on 4off shift pattern for a base salary of £50314 per annum + overtime you could earn £60000 and upwards.

Overtime rates: Mon-Sat at 1.25 and Sunday at Double

Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer    

Location: Thurmaston - Leicester

Overview:

We now require an additional maintenance engineer to join the electrical team. You will be working in modern purpose built manufacturing facilities for a company that have manufacturing plants across the globe and they produce a product that is always in demand – therefore creating job security.

Key responsibilities of the Maintenance Engineer role:

• To maintain service and repair all automated plant machinery to minimise production down time.

• Provide technical support on all projects, installations and breakdowns

• PPM’s

The ideal candidate / Maintenance Engineer may have some of the following, however, please note these are only desirable and not essential as all applications will be looked at individually:

• Knowledge of safety circuits, Invertors, how relays operate, speed control systems

• A mechanical understanding would be advantageous – gearboxes, pumps, pneumatics

• Knowledge of PLC’s – fault finding and modifying

• Electrically qualified – Must be able to present these at interview – minimum Level 3.
